The Author
Andy Dahnke is a proud Jesus follower and a wife to her amazing husband, Addam. They’ve been happily married for three years and live in Altamont, IL, where they’re active members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Andy sometimes sees her life as the definition of, “When one door closes another door opens,” but she strives to lead her life with joy through learning from God’s Word and applying it to her attitude, relationships, and outlook on life.

Creativity runs in Andy’s family and she is passionate about using her gifts to glorify God and help others grow closer to Him. She enjoys sewing, laser engraving, and writing, reading, enjoying the outdoors and supporting her Fightin’ Texas Aggies.

Above all, Andy’s life reflects her love for God, her family and the joy she finds in the here and now, right where God has placed her.

The Blog
I originally started this blog in college as a personal way to worship God and a healthy outlet for me to express my thoughts. I highly believe in quality over quantity and since I do this as a fun outlet, I don't post regularly. But when I do post, I hope it leads people to desire a closer connection with God and to explore His Word!​
